Just to start this off, lets begin with full disclosure on my thoughts on abortion – Straight forward and without any reservations, you can call me the ultimate Constitutionalist when it comes to this subject.

The White House dismissed the need for a federal investigation of Planned Parenthood … are raising questions about the authenticity of a pro-life group’s undercover videos on the sale of fetal tissue.

White House press secretary Josh Earnest also suggested that the pro-life group, the Center for Medical Progress, is an “extremist” organization. And he said for the first time that President Obama would veto any effort by Congress to defund Planned Parenthood.

JUSTICE TO PROBE CENTER FOR MEDICAL PROGRESS — While congressional committees investigate Planned Parenthood’s practices, the Justice Department agreed to look into whether the group that released the sting videos obtained the footage legally. In response to a request by House Democrats, Attorney General Loretta Lynch said Wednesday afternoon that Justice would “review all of the information and determine what the appropriate steps moving forward would be.” Planned Parenthood has staunchly defended its practices and claims that the Center for Medical Progress illegally obtained its footage, then excessively edited it to misrepresent what the organization does.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi told The Daily Caller that there had,

“been a kind of misrepresentation of the conversation that took place in the transcript in the conversation in the video.”

“I don’t know why they need an investigation,”

…she added.

“I have seen pictures from them and obviously find them disturbing,”

Planned Parenthood: Judge bars pro-life group from airing StemExpress footage

The pro-life group behind a series of undercover Planned Parenthood videos accused the bioservice firm StemExpress late Wednesday of trying to “cover up this illegal baby parts trade” after the company obtained a court order blocking the release of footage.

The Los Angeles Superior Court issued a temporary restraining order Tuesday stopping the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any video showing three officials from StemExpress, a company that transfers fetal tissue from abortions performed at Planned Parenthood and other clinics to medical researchers.

A company spokesman told the Associated Press that StemExpress is “grateful its rights have been vindicated in a court of law,” but the center said in a statement that the court threw out most of the company’s request.

StemExpress is “attempting to use meritless litigation to cover-up this illegal baby parts trade, suppress free speech, and silence the citizen press reporting on issues of burning concern to the American public,” said the CMP statement.

“They are not succeeding — their initial petition was rejected by the court, and their second petition was eviscerated to a narrow and contingent order about an alleged recording pending CMP’s opportunity to respond,” the group said.

The court agreed to block the release of footage of StemExpress officials filmed secretly at a lunch in May until an Aug. 19 court hearing.

I honestly don’t want to hear from anyone that has not seen these videos (Warning: they are graphic), or those who have not read the statements above – note referenced links. I do not wish to discuss this topic with those who will not directly address the content of the videos. There are tons of other places where you can express your views on tax payer funding, women’s healthcare, right-wing conspiracies, the war on women, or any other so called related issue if you wish to join the Liberal / Democrat / Executive and Judicial branches of the present government, in ignoring what these videos actually contain.  Please do not do it here. I find it quite dishonest, and morally corrupt.

I understand this is a powerful and emotional subject, reaching into many beliefs, be it religious, political or whatever it may be for you personally. But, unlike the most of the media/blogs/internet, I will address only the post that actually talk to the contents (business, persons, actions, results) contained within the videos (CLIPS / FULL VERSIONS). I see no reason to go into conjecture. I will let the people in the videos speak for themselves. They all seemed eager at the time of the recording.

I will do my job in response to all post and speak for myself.

Hypocrisy on parade, as the President stated: “This ends up a TEACHABLE MOMENT”!

Congratulations President Obama.

President Obama has done something extremely effective, and when he does, this needs to be pointed out.

President Obama has continued the Bush policies of keeping a military presence in the Middle East. He did not scrub the mission to get Bin Laden.

The President may have came up with the technique in order to pull this off all by himself. The military wanted to go in there and bomb like they always do. They wanted to go in there and drop missiles and launch bombs, a number of totally destructive techniques. But President Obama, perhaps the only qualified member in the room to deal with this, insisted on the Special Forces… mmm…

No one else thought of that. According to the President and news reports, not a single intelligence adviser, not a single national security adviser, not a single military adviser came up with the idea of using the Special Forces… Really??

Actually, he kept the Bush policies alive keeping a military presence in the Middle East, allowing the military to finish the job that they started nearly ten years ago.

Obama deserves praise for continuing the Bush policies at Guantanamo Bay. Detainees who may have been waterboarded, and again we need to never forget that President Obama deserves our praise for continuing the policies established by George W. Bush which led to the acquisition of this intelligence that led us to the enlarged hut in Pakistan that led to the assassination of Bin Laden.

Even though Osama had long since stopped being a key commander, because he had no way to issue orders. He was a figurehead. He’d been taken out of the game because of the worldwide manhunt to find him.

This victory was brought about by the policies of the Bush and Cheney administration, policies that President Obama saw fit to continue to the end, keeping our troops in the Middle East, a heightened military presence, unafraid to use the Special Ops.

In 2008, Obama said:

“I’m not gonna make him a martyr. I would not kill him. I would capture him.”

These teams that Obama said he assembled, they fall under the command of the Joint Special Operations Command. They have been operating for almost 30 years. The Joint Special Operations Command is comprised of Delta, the 75th Ranger Regiment, the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment.

Marine Force Reconnaissance, SEAL Team 6, 1st Special Operations Wing, the 24th Special Tactics Squadron and a few other support elements. The CIA is also heavily involved, especially those from the clandestine service.

That organization has been assembled and operating in Iraq and Afghanistan for almost ten years.

Obama did not assemble it.

It’s the CIA and the Joint Special Operations Command who deserve all the credit for this.

President Obama deserves credit for not disassembling them, because this has been the policy of this country for ten years.

Guantanamo Bay, interrogation, rendition, all of the things the Bush administration put into play to win the War on Terror, this regime kept in place. They might have said something else, they might have given their supporters a different impression by saying they’re gonna close Guantanamo Bay and they’re gonna end all this harsh interrogation technique stuff. But, in fact, they continued the policies.

May 2 from Al Jazeera:

“The US spy agency learned his name four years ago; two years later, it tracked the courier and his brother to a compound in Abbottabad in Pakistan.”

The CIA probably found him through the previously described techniques, tracking him for months with the help of some Delta guys on the ground. And the team that went in Sunday night. They are the ones who deserve all the credit for this, not a politician or a bureaucrat in DC, except to the extent that they didn’t shut it down.

It is a great day for America, but the guys who did the heavy lifting are the guys who wear the uniform.

The left,  the Democrat Party of this country, the liberals, owe us and the United States an apology. They owe us an apology for taking every opportunity to undermine our efforts to track down Bin Laden and other terrorists.

They owe us an apology for their speeches, for their protests, for their lawsuits, their overall campaign to deny our military and our intelligence services the tools and techniques needed to defeat the enemy.

They have sought to undermine the US military, not only in Iraq, but around the world. They have impugned our intelligence services — they have sought to undermine them for at least the last eight years — and among those who owe us this apology is Barack Obama.

Barack Obama campaigned against the very enhanced interrogations that have made him a hero.

One of the first things he did was to sign an executive order closing Guantanamo Bay. It was Barack Obama who wanted to parade Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to New York for a multiyear, multimillion-dollar trial . Barack Obama won the Democrat primary in big part due to his radical anti-war positions — positions that he shared with the most extreme elements in our society. Eric Holder,  owes this nation an apology for his efforts to criminalize this war.

Virtually every tool, every apparatus, every technique, every policy used to effect a successful mission to kill Osama Bin Laden was employed by this current administration and they campaigned on undermining, destroying and ending all of it — and now they claim credit for being gutsy and courageous?

Not a word about the supreme efforts of General Petraeus or the military. Nothing. The staff is still out there trying to frame this as a win for Obama — not the troops, not for intel, not for America, but a win for Obama.

Despite everything that’s been said by this president and this regime, even as they pat themselves on the back, they deserve congratulations.

This is something that Obama inherited from Bush. He inherited a rotten economy. He inherited horrible deficit. He inherited recession. Well, he inherited the policy that led to the killing of Osama Bin Laden.

President Obama is wrong: Denying government unions the power of collective bargaining is not an assault on all unions. Previous Democratic Presidents understood this fact. No less a progressive icon than President Franklin Delano Roosevelt wrote in 1937: “All government employees should realize that the process of collective bargaining, as usually understood, cannot be transplanted into the public service. … The employer is the whole people, who speak by means of laws enacted by their representatives in Congress.”

Can you imagine if he had one-tenth the interest in private sector jobs that he does in union jobs? Do you realize that his focus on jobs is all about union jobs.

We all know why. But imagine if he had that kind of energy and interest for private sector jobs.

Teachers unions, SEIU, the AFSCME, all the rest, they deserve all they can get, all they can grab. We pay for it.

They somehow are entitled. They somehow have been screwed over by this country all these years, and now it’s their turn.

It just so happens that a chunk of what all these unions are grabbing from the taxpayers somehow managed to wind up in the Democrat Party’s war chests.

At the end of the day, isn’t that interesting?

No wonder he wants union guys to work. They have to pay dues that end up in his war chest. No wonder he wants more union jobs. How’s that for spreading the wealth around?

The redistribution of wealth means stealing from the taxpayers and giving to the Democrats and their favorite supporters.

A large part of the stimulus bill was all about that. It was a slush fund taking money from taxpayers, funneling it through Obama’s administration, sending it back to the teachers unions, the SEIU, AFSCME, public sector unions in the states, all to protect them from the recession.

It was about one thing: protecting Democrat donors from the recession. The single purpose of the stimulus: make sure Obama’s supporters kept their jobs. It’s that simple.

We hear this nonsense about the right to collective bargaining with public sector unions. Even FDR opposed it, the right to collective bargaining, public sector unions.

Collective bargain against who? The people.

You’re not collective bargaining against some cigar chomping, fat executive sitting in a boardroom in Detroit at General Motors, Ford or Chrysler.

Collective bargaining against the taxpayer is what collective bargaining for public sector unions is all about.
